Vilo AI pilot request privacy

Vilo AI is an early, invite-only product operated by Vialtry. This notice covers requests made through the pilot form. Requesting a pilot does not connect your Shopify store or grant store access.
What you share
The form collects your name, work email, brand or store URL, operations team-size range and the problem you describe. Please do not include passwords, access tokens or customer order details.
A WhatsApp number is optional. It is submitted only when you check the separate consent box. The box starts unchecked.
How we use your request
We review your request, assess pilot fit and contact you by email about a discovery call or guided setup. We contact you on WhatsApp about this request only if you opt in. Submitting does not subscribe you to a marketing campaign.
Who processes the information
The form sends your request through FormSubmit to Vialtry's hello@vialtry.com inbox. FormSubmit processes the submission, the email provider processes the resulting email, and Vercel hosts the website. The website also uses Google Analytics, as on Vialtry's other pages. Form fields are not included in analytics events by this pilot form.
FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions in its archive for 30 days. Its own privacy terms apply to its service: FormSubmit privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
Requests remain in Vialtry's email records until removed. No automatic deletion period has been configured for those email records. You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, at hello@vialtry.com. Include the email address used for your request so we can identify it. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Deleting our records cannot remove copies held independently by other providers.
If you join a pilot
We will agree the scope and explain data access before connecting your store. Outgoing enquiries, reply tracking and scheduled alerts are undergoing validation and are enabled only after testing and agreed approval steps. The product does not automatically purchase stock or physically dispatch orders.
The existing connected-store test policy and deletion instructions remain available at Vialtry Agent privacy and data deletion. Any changes needed for an agreed pilot will be explained before activation.
